Crown of Pulney's

Presenting First of Farmers Collective coffee from India in TAFCR, Planted and Processed at Ammikulavi Estate in Heart of Pulney Hills in the elevations of Tamil Nadu, India

A mix of S9, S10, S795 & Caturra are hand selected and Floated to remove low density floaters in a tank and the best selected cherries are left in an anaerobic tank for 74-96hr with Pichia Yeast to elevate the coffee and guide the fermentation process further. 
once the Anaerobic Fermentation is ended cherries go on raised beds to dry under a shade for a set amount of time.

This coffee comes from 2025 Harvest season and is aged for about 7 to 8 months before roasting so the coffee can perform at its peak.
